Production and packing time: 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
We offer two shipping options for UK and Northern Ireland: 48 Hour Tracked by Royal Mail for £4.95 (no signature required) or 24 Hour Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail for £9.95 (no signature required). Please add this time onto the production and packing time to estimate your delivery date. Royal Mail do not collect on the weekend or deliver on a Sunday.
Exchanges and Returns: Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings can only be returned if they are still sealed.

This necklace is made from luxurious 18ct gold plating that never tarnishes even throughout years of daily wear. We also use tarnish resistant, lead-free stainless steel for its durability and ease of care.
This wonderful combination has been an incredible success for us since it will not oxidise or turn skin green!
Our jewellery does not contain brass or nickel.
