GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom — Royal Mail (estimated 2–5 business days)
  • European Union — DPD UK or Royal Mail (estimated 5–10 business days)
  • International — Royal Mail (estimated 7–14 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email where available.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us via the chat on our website within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please note that the timings of both of these options are only actioned when the custom item has been finished, they are not accurate timings from the moment of ordering. Please see individual items pages for estimated production times.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
They must be returned in their original packaging and original condition. The cost of a return is not covered by Bea Correa Jewellery.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
